Niklas Press is a poet and writer born and raised in Copenhagen. A dual citizen of Denmark and the USA, his life has been a journey of overcoming severe shyness and looking for (and finding) his tribe.
In our free-flow conversation in Copenhagen's Vesterbro he defines his sense of home thus:
"Home is where your friends are. I can feel at home with good people around me, no matter where that is. I can feel lost with the wrong people around me or alone sometimes, but if I’m in good company – it can be anywhere.”
